Texting is very good for connecting with people if you are going somewhere or you need to contact them,or if your waiting for an important phone call. Then that's a different story. As far a developing relationships, I think that you should either call or be face to face. To me texting is not very important, because I don't have a phone. It's not something I care about as much as a person who has a phone and texts 24 hours. If I was equipped with a phone texting, calling, etc would probably become a part of my life. I would be texting 24/7 and calling people 24/7.
