No you shouldn't go into another person's account. That's just another example of trespassing. Or going into something that's not yours. I'm sure the person looking through the other person's account wouldn't want that done to them. This is what I would do if I was in this situation.

What Would You Do
If I walked in and someone stuff was still logged in I would just log out. None of their stuff is my business. Their stuff really wouldn't matter to me. I would hope someone would do the same. Some people would just go through it. Or be dumb and mess it up. But I wouldn't do that I would just log out of it or whatever.
