I believe this is an appropriate law because so many people have died because of bullying. If it's a law it's something that has to be followed. If they don't then they will have consequences which can lead up to a long term jail sentence. No I do not believe that Jersey went to far because this is a very serious issue where lives can be lost. If they pay attention to it more maybe a life can be saved.
